I purchased these menu cards as an auction lot of four. Three were the same (October 7, 1930), however on the reverse of each a photograph has been glued. I have only reproduced one of the photographs here because they may be upsetting to some people. The other three show wild animals that have been hunted for sport and shot, including an aligator (or crocodile) which appears to have been photographed on the deck of a ship, a hippopotamus and a leopard.

I assume that the menus were not issued to passengers with these photographs stuck on, but were probably used as a convenient mount for one of the passengers or crew. If you have seen a similar item, or have any further information, please let me know.
